Purchases made on promoprint.pt are governed by the following conditions.

Orders
Ordering products through the promoprint.pt website indicates an intention to purchase them. The final confirmation is given at the time of pre-payment of the order and before the production of the products. In cases where, by agreement between the parties, payment is made after the delivery of the material, the purchase is considered final at the time of acceptance of the formal quotation.
Payment
Confirmation of the order placed through the promoprint.pt website must be made by pre-payment of the same, using one of the available methods: payment through Multibanco Payment Reference, MBway, Debit or Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. By agreement between the parties, another payment method may be used exceptionally.
Terms of Delivery
Products are shipped via courier. The customer must ensure the existence of conditions for delivery on higher or lower floors. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering and provide for delivery on business days during normal business hours. Couriers do not contact or schedule delivery times. At the moment we only deliver in Portugal.
Warranty
Products sold by PromoPrint are covered by the Legal Framework on Consumer Rights in the Sale of Goods, Digital Content and Services, approved by Decree-Law no. 84/2021 of 18 October, in its current version. Their conformity is guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of delivery, in the case of new goods and for end consumers (individuals). For companies or professional customers, the warranty period is six months. The warranty does not cover visible surface damages to the products that are not reported immediately upon receipt and/or damages resulting from improper use.
Returns and Refunds
Most of our products are custom-made and clearly personalized, and according to European legislation, the possibility of canceling the purchase within 14 days is excluded.
Only for products without any customization does the right of return apply within 14 days after delivery of the products. For this, the products must be intact, without marks of use, and maintaining their original packaging in good condition, and the customer is responsible for the transportation costs of the products to our premises.
Disputes
In case of dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes or to livroreclamacoes.pt.
