Questions about the product

Is electricity needed where the counter is placed, or does it have a battery?

The counter doesn’t have its own battery. The transformer (supplied with the product) needs to be plugged into a power outlet at the location where the counter will be used.

How to care for your fabrics?

Textile prints are machine washable at a maximum temperature of 30°C, using mild detergents or soap. Most stains can be treated with suitable products, which should first be tested on a less visible area.

How does the creativity option work?

By choosing the creativity option, we’ll design the product’s image according to your instructions. Adjustments and corrections can be made afterwards so that the design presented meets your needs. Production only begins once you’ve given final approval. Prices shown include 1 unique design.

What file should I send for printing (format, resolution, colour mode)?

The file can be in bitmap format (ideally TIFF), at actual size, at 150 DPI, or in vector format (Adobe Illustrator or PDF), with all text converted to outlines and any images embedded in the file itself. The colour mode should always be CMYK. You can download the graphic template on this page, which includes all the necessary information and bleed for this specific product. If you choose the Design Option – where we’ll design your product for you – you can send us your logo, brand guidelines, and any other information you feel is relevant to the job.
