Can I send my own file or do I need design support?<\/strong>

Both options are possible. You can send your own file with the design or request support from our team. The design service has an additional cost that can be consulted on the product pages.<\/p> <\/div>

What file formats do you accept?<\/strong>

We accept files in PDF, Adobe Illustrator, or bitmap image format, in CMYK color mode.<\/p> <\/div>

How can I ensure the printed color matches what I see on screen?<\/strong>

Files should be sent with CMYK colors and use the FOGRA39 color profile. There may always be slight differences between what you see on screen and the printed material, due to the nature of the media (Backlit Light vs. Reflected Light), differences in material type, among other factors.<\/p> <\/div> <\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the minimum quantity I can order?<\/strong>

Most products can be ordered from a single unit.<\/p> <\/div>

Yes. Quantity discounts are displayed on the product pages and the vary from 1.5% to 7% or more.<\/p> <\/div>

Can I place recurring orders (repeat the same design)?<\/strong>

Yes. If the design to be reused was created by us, there is no design service charge on recurring orders.<\/p> <\/div>

Do you handle urgent orders? How much does it cost to expedite?<\/strong>

Yes, we handle urgent orders. The rush fee is calculated depending on the product type and the urgency of the work. To know the exact cost, contact us with the details of your order.<\/p> <\/div>

What countries and regions do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?<\/strong>

We deliver to\u00a0Mainland Portugal and Spain\u00a0via CTT Express, guaranteeing fast and secure delivery (1-3 business days). Shipping is free in Mainland Portugal for most of our printed products. For other destinations (rest of Europe, international), please contact us to confirm availability and shipping costs.
